Spring Entryway: Entryway furniture
Hello friends, I’m sharing today a reveal of our entryway. I still have a few decisions I want to make whether to do wallpaper or paint the door a different color, or even add some decorative molding to the wall, but as you know moving and creating a home can definitely take its time. One thing I’ve learned it’s never a good idea to rush projects and that you should definitely let your home speak to you. I’ve learned that the hard way already! So instead of rushing some of those decisions I decided to start with some furnishings that would complete an entryway and then add some spring touches to enjoy it until we are ready to get to this space or to make up our mind. So, I’ve furnished and decorated to create my first ever Spring entryway in our new home.
I know this is the time of year that people start thinking about moving and putting their house on the market. Just a year ago we were going through this process and as most of you watched our year of progress with the new house and finally moving in just 3 months ago. I’ve learned a lot in the process and I keep learning lessons. One is to be patient and 2, to not rush major decisions, and 3. to truly pick what you love, don’t be swayed by what other people are doing. The items and decor and decisions that I chose because I had a vision for or loved have not steered me wrong, but the ones that I tried copying too many pinterest photos or rushed…have made me rethinking them already. That brings me to this website I learned about recently and I think will most definitely help for those of you that are moving sometime soon. You will be making major decisions, packing, planning, and even your entire lives will be changed this year because of it, so how about a website where you can shop and can help you plan…
This is a collaborative post with Bed Bath and Beyond a brand I love, all opinions here are my own. This post also contains affiliate links for your convenience.

Did you know that Bed Bath & Beyond had a section to their website where they offer checklists, videos, registry services, and Beyond+ Membership and they also sell furniture! They also offer coupons here and it’s a great place to gather everything you need in one site. I was thrilled to browse their website and find some items I had not seen in the typical online websites I’m use to browsing. I found items that met my style and were unique and beautiful. I think one of my favorite finds was this console table. I’ve had it for about a month now and every time someone comes over they love it. It has that classic French style that I love. It’s not bulky but is the perfect size and has the perfect details. The other items that I made sure to order was a super affordable coat rack. I’ve been wanting a coat rack since forever! I love how it has that vintage feel and I’ve envisioned adding a top hat for style in the future. We mostly use our coat closet for coats, but it’s definitely convenient when we have guests because then we don’t have to put their coats away totally and they can just hang and grab their jackets on their own. These are definitely items that are staples for our new entryway and I just love them!
I also picked up the cutest green boot umbrella holder for spring. I knew I wanted to dress this space up with a bit of green so this was perfect! Of course I can’t seem to find any of our umbrella’s but it’s def a cute addition.

Then for Spring I styled the space with this green window I had and some green books and a pretty glass vase with a single tulip. I love the idea of also coordinating some clothing products with my styling so I added a spring hat and my green rain jacket to the coat rack.
I just love the products I got from Bed Bath & Beyond, the quality is amazing and they are products I chose because I truly feel suit my style and home. I can’t wait to finish the space, but I’m taking my own advice and not trying to make any impulsive decisions with this space. Be sure to check out Bed Bath’s website for my furniture ideas and if you are planning to move this year whether it’s a small move or major Bed Bath can help with all the planning, registry, and services, I wish I learned about it sooner myself! I love that they not only offer everyday household items, but also stylish decor accessories, and furniture!

Tips for planning your spring entryway:
Add a seasonal color, faux or real florals, and some seasonal accessories like rain boots or spring attire. This will make for a pretty styled space that is inviting and fun for the season.
