As I add more European charm and Old World feels to our home I continue to seek out more authentic details. More touches that bring the feel of a home that has been here for centuries in the county side of France, Italy, or England. I love combining a little bit of each of these styles and I share more about achieving the European Farmhouse look in your home in this blog post. Today is all about adding more of that character to our mudroom which I love, but have been feeling is lacking some touches.

Okay, seriously how cool would it be to have a pink laundry and mudroom space? This dusty rose paint is the sweetest, especially paired with these gorgeous diamond pattern floors. What I love most about this room is that brass faucet, wich made me realize that would be one of the elements I needed to add to my space for more of an authentic Old World feel.

Here’s our mudroom space and though there is nothing wrong with it, I just desire a little refresh with better styling and a new faucet to bring together the warm tones in this room.
