Craft Room Table

Craft Room Table

When planning our house #weepingwillhome I knew one room that was going to be important for helping me run my business and be able to create, was  my craft room. I actually switched gears and started calling it my studio, because honestly it’s a room for all creative purposes. Not just to craft, or paint, but to create live content, photography, and hopefully much more creative ideas down the road. I don’t really consider myself a real crafty person but a creative person. Crafts actually don’t come very natural for me. I feel like it’s something that I have to really think about when coming up with ideas for blog posts for FB live videos. Creating an entire  room design comes more natural, but being in  the creative field and sharing creative content you always have to have the wheels spinning, so that’s why I’m not calling this just a craft room, but a studio. So, one of the must have items I wanted for the studio was a Craft Room table. A place where I could hopefully hold live workshops, have my daughter and friends come over and sit and create, and a great surface area that grounds the space. I knew I wanted an all white room when I planned it out months ago, so anchoring the room with a white table was important. I found the perfect table from a new to me shop that has some of the most gorgeous furnishings with pure classic style and a great assortment for white furnishings. You guys are going to love this shop and they just launched a US website. The site is called Hygge Home and it’s just that! So, not only did I partner with them for our craft space, but they were so generous to offer one lucky winner the same table

This is a collaborative post with Hygge Home furniture all opinions expressed are my own.

So, what is so lovely about this table besides it’s beautiful white finish, are the legs!  When I caught this detail I knew they were perfect. The legs have a little bit of that European look to them and yes so simple and sleek. Now, the table does not have to only be for a craft room, it’s actually a dining table. So you can add this to your dining room for Hygge style or to your office. Wherever suits your home and needs,  I just knew the white would be perfect in this all white space, and then I loved it even more when I paired it with these wooden vintage fold up chairs.

It’s like all my dreams were coming true here! Nothing more special then to create in a room that feels beautiful and inspiring which is what this room brings to our home. It’s like it is it’s own oasis. I called it my white paradise, since I love white so much having a room decked out all in white from the flooring, to the walls, and the furnishings is perfect. The space is not quite finished yet, as I have a few more details I plan to add like more shelving to store some of my home decor seasonal items, and hopefully some inspiration boards, and maybe a backdrop for my facebook live videos, but I look forward to taking my time adding and subtracting to this space as it’s my own little domain for years to come. You might even call it a woman cave!
