Spring is a time when we are all hopeful and ready for change. I feel every year that same itch…of wanting greenery again, warmth, and flowers. It’s time to come out of hibernation and be ready for a little extra sunshine. I’ve gone simple again this year with my home decor, keeping things fresh and new, but also organic. I wanted to bring in elements that felt spring like but could last through the entire season. Thanks to Marty for hosting another amazing home tour and for inviting me along with it. If you are stopping by from the amazing Sanctuary Home Decor blog, welcome!

First Top the Kitchen! The heart of the home and my most favorite place to switch up decor. My little secret is that I truly love kitchen decor. Create countertop vignettes and switching up my shelves are some of the ways that I switch the look up seasonally. Of course a few extra plants for Spring, lemons, and flowers.

Off of our kitchen is the family room. Keeping with a simple feel, I chose no throw pillows or blankets. I’m really love the look of the sofa with very little. I did add some tulips here this past week which brings a nice pop of pink, but here I kept with simple white on white.

I am loving the look of pops of black in this space too, so the space can still fill bright but with a little bit of high contrast in the accessories.

I have more to share on my dining room coming up this week, but I chose a simple faux centerpiece and white dishes against the rustic tabletop. Simple but feels so spring!

I shared my spring bedroom refresh last week, but I wanted share it once again since the feel in here is so bright and airy now. My favorite are those throw pillows I picked up at Homegoods.

Be sure to head on over to A Southern State of Mind, blog and check out all the tours every day this week!

    1. Thank you so much Julia! It’s actually the frame TV, I’m kind of obsessed with her, so she’s stickin’ around!
