A Very Minted Christmas

Okay, you guys it’s officially the last day of November, and that means the clock is ticking to get those Christmas Photos taken and to order your gorgeous Christmas cards for the season. If you don’t get it done now…then we run into Christmas Cards delivering after Christmas. Can’t say I haven’t fell victim of that before.

this is a sponsored post by Minted, all opinions are 100% my own.

First it takes the creative process of deciding how you want the pictures, who you want in them (do you bother getting all dressed up and putting your camera on the tripod), and what style card to select with your favorite photo/photos.  Well, I’ve stuck to just the kids the past few years and I’ll probably be sticking to that again this year. I have to say it’s been a tough one to try to arrange for the photos and now the next two days it’s going to rain. Last year I shared some tips on how I to capture a beautiful Christmas Photo and you can read that here.

I’m thinking maybe going vintage or black and white this year. I think it’s important to change up your theme and color scheme every year…and of course Minted is always my go to choice for a beautifully done card.

They have all the options for a vintage, modern, simple, and unique style. I was loving their foiled pressed last year and I don’t know…I may just go that route again this year. Minted has been a go to of mine for all creative paper and artwork lately. They helped with creating beautiful invitations for my friends wedding shower this past spring, and their gorgeous framed photography intrigued me last winter and I added one of their horse prints to my Family Room. So when it comes to finding a trusting brand for my Christmas Cards, they are it!

A few great details about Minted that I find trusting and beautiful.

  1. They use independent artists from around the globe.
  2. I love their matching custom stamps and envelops
  3. And their high quality paper and printing that feels like true quality to send my friends and family.

Stop by to see all their selection and even use the promo code: SNOW15 to save 15% on your purchase.

Here are a few of my favorites…

"Wonderfully Merry" - Foil-pressed Holiday Cards in Full Bleed by Wildfield Paper Co..

A classic foiled pressed from Minted…just be sure to grab a great photo of your kiddos and pair this Merry Christmas with it.

"Christmas Sprigs" - Floral & Botanical, Elegant Holiday Photo Cards in Crimson by Susan Moyal.

Loving the botanical’s for the season as this above card.

"Gilded Woodgrain" - Elegant, Modern Foil-pressed Holiday Cards in Ice by Melanie Severin.

rustic and metallic….now you’re speaking my language. How cute is this one? May just be one of my favs of the season.

"Wonderful Collage" - Monogrammed, Photo Collage Holiday Photo Cards in Charcoal by Melanie Severin.

Choose a few of your favorite photos from your shoot and do a gorgeous collage like this one. The simple wording pairs beautifully with these professional photos.

Sparkling Be Merry Holiday Ornament Cards

I love the idea of turning the card into a Christmas ornament. It give it a better reason to hang onto. I usually crowd my refrigerator with Christmas cards that we receive and then toss them at the end of the season. This is such a more meaningful idea and more likely to stick around longer to those you send it to.
